Financing gives approved customers a way to review monthly payment options for eligible Serve Xpert work before deciding how they want to move forward.
Financing for Approved Restoration Work
Unexpected property damage can create urgent costs. Water damage, fire and smoke damage, mold remediation, storm damage, sewage cleanup, biohazard cleanup, odor control, and specialty cleaning may require fast service before a customer has planned for the expense.
Financing may help eligible customers move forward with eligible work while spreading payments over time.
Financing is available through Wisetack and is subject to credit approval, lender terms, project eligibility, customer qualification, signed authorization, scheduling, access, and project conditions.
Serve Xpert does not approve financing, set financing terms, make credit decisions, control APR, or guarantee approval.

Homeowners may use financing for unexpected water damage, mold remediation, fire and smoke damage, storm damage, sewage cleanup, odor control, or specialty cleaning needs.
Landlords & Property Managers
Landlords and property managers may use financing when work is needed for tenant turnover, rental property damage, urgent cleanup, documentation, or property stabilization.
Real Estate & Sale-Related Situations
Financing may help when work is needed before listing, closing, buyer review, seller correction, or post-inspection resolution.
Commercial Properties
Business owners and commercial property representatives may use financing to help manage cash flow when urgent property damage affects operations, tenants, customers, or building conditions.
What Financing May Be Used For
Financing may be available for eligible Serve Xpert services, depending on the project and lender approval.
Water Damage Restoration
Water extraction, moisture detection, structural drying, wet material removal, drying equipment setup, moisture monitoring, and property stabilization.
Fire Damage Restoration
Smoke and soot removal, odor control, HEPA air filtration when needed, surface cleaning, contents cleaning, fire suppression water cleanup, debris removal, and property stabilization.
Mold Remediation
Containment when needed, HEPA filtration, negative air when needed, affected material removal, HEPA vacuuming, surface cleaning, sanitizing and disinfecting when appropriate, Antimicrobial Treatment, Antimicrobial Fogging, moisture source review, and documentation.
Biohazard Cleanup
Professional cleanup for sewage, biological contamination, trauma-related conditions, hoarding conditions, animal waste, odors, contamination concerns, and sensitive cleanup situations.
Storm Damage Restoration
Emergency board-up, roof tarping, storm damage cleanup, water mitigation, wind-driven rain cleanup, wet material cleanup, debris removal, structural drying, and damage documentation.
Specialty Cleaning & Odor Control
Odor control, heavy residue cleaning, neglected interior cleaning, difficult property cleaning, contents cleaning, specialty surface cleaning, HEPA cleaning when needed, and detailed cleanup beyond normal maintenance.
What Financing Does Not Automatically Cover
Financing applies only to eligible Serve Xpert work included in the estimate, authorization, invoice, or financing application.

Once the estimate, authorization, and financing or payment requirements are complete, Serve Xpert schedules the service.
Important Financing Note
Financing approval does not automatically authorize work or reserve a service date. Serve Xpert still requires an approved estimate, completed authorization, confirmed payment or financing, property access, and scheduling confirmation.

Financing Does Not Replace Emergency Response
If the property has active water intrusion, sewage, fire damage, storm openings, biohazard conditions, unsafe areas, or damage that is spreading, call Serve Xpert first.
Financing can be reviewed during the estimate, authorization, or scheduling process, but active property damage should not sit unaddressed while a customer decides whether to apply.
For active emergencies, calling directly is the fastest option.
Financing and Insurance
Financing may help when insurance payment timing is delayed, a deductible applies, the customer is waiting for reimbursement, or insurance does not cover the full project cost.
Serve Xpert may provide documentation for customer and insurance-related records. Documentation can include photos, notes, readings or service records when applicable, estimates, invoices, Certificates of Completion, and completion summaries.
Serve Xpert does not represent the insurance carrier and does not control coverage decisions, approvals, payment timing, or claim outcomes.
Financing for Real Estate, Sale, and Property Management Situations
Financing may be helpful when restoration or remediation work is needed before listing, closing, tenant turnover, buyer review, seller correction, property management approval, or investor resale.
Customers may use financing to move forward with eligible work while waiting for sale proceeds, reimbursement, insurance payment, owner approval, or other funds.
Financing is still subject to Wisetack approval, customer qualification, project eligibility, and Serve Xpert authorization requirements.
Customer Payment Responsibility
The customer remains responsible for payment according to the approved estimate, signed agreement, invoice, and financing terms.
Financing approval, insurance involvement, real estate transaction status, reimbursement timing, landlord reimbursement, tenant reimbursement, or third-party payment delays do not remove the customer’s payment responsibility to Serve Xpert.
Applicable taxes and processing or financing fees may apply based on payment method, project location, lender requirements, and approved project documents.

Available rates, term lengths, approval amounts, monthly payments, repayment terms, fees, promotional terms, and credit impact depend on Wisetack, its lending partners, credit approval, customer qualification, project amount, merchant eligibility, and available offers.

Serve Xpert does not set APR, monthly payment amounts, term lengths, approval amounts, fees, promotional offers, credit decisions, or financing outcomes. Wisetack and its lending partners determine all financing terms.
Required Wisetack Disclosure
Prequalification through Wisetack may be performed using a soft credit inquiry and may not impact the applicant’s credit score.
If the applicant chooses to proceed with a payment plan after reviewing available options, a hard credit inquiry may be conducted as part of final approval.
