Serving the Mid-Atlantic Region

Meaningful Work. Practical Experience. Professional Standards.

Property damage can disrupt a customer’s home, business, routine, and sense of security without warning.

Serve Xpert responds to help control affected areas, protect the property, perform authorized restoration services, and provide customers with clear information about what comes next.

For someone who prefers active work and practical problem-solving, restoration can provide hands-on exposure to professional equipment, property protection, moisture control, containment, cleaning, material removal, customer service, and project documentation.

The work can be physically demanding, and conditions may change from one assignment to the next. It can also be meaningful because the work directly helps property owners move forward after a difficult event.

The Standard Begins With How We Treat People

Property owners generally contact Serve Xpert after something has already gone wrong. They may be dealing with water damage, mold conditions, smoke, damaged materials, contamination, business interruption, or uncertainty about what to do next.

Our responsibility is to enter that situation professionally, protect the property, communicate clearly, document the work, and complete the authorized services we were trusted to perform.

Restoration work is not only about equipment, cleaning, or demolition. It also requires:

  • Reliability

  • Respect

  • Good judgment

  • Confidentiality

  • Attention to detail

  • Professional communication

  • Care for customer property

  • Protection of the trust placed in the company

We are interested in people who understand that their conduct can affect the customer, the project, their coworkers, and Serve Xpert’s professional reputation.

The Serve Xpert Standard

Documentation-based restoration and mitigation services provided by Serve Xpert

Professional Standards, Not Shortcuts

Provide respectful and accurate communication to customers, coworkers, supervisors, and authorized project participants.

Document the Work

Record relevant photographs, readings, measurements, equipment placement, completed services, and project changes.

Do the Job Right

Follow instructions, use equipment properly, maintain organized work areas, and complete assigned responsibilities carefully.

Trust Extends Beyond the Jobsite

Certain Serve Xpert positions may provide access to confidential customer information, project records, leads, referral-source information, pricing, estimates, scopes of work, photographs, reports, forms, templates, operating procedures, vendor information, marketing information, software systems, account credentials, and other nonpublic business information. Team members are expected to protect this information and use it only for authorized Serve Xpert business purposes. Employees and authorized representatives may not, without company authorization:

  • Copy, sell, share, disclose, forward, download, retain, or misuse confidential or proprietary information

  • Provide Serve Xpert information to another restoration company, contractor, salesperson, or outside business

  • Divert, conceal, transfer, sell, or personally use a Serve Xpert lead

  • Redirect Serve Xpert customers, prospects, or referral sources for personal benefit or for another company

  • Accept unauthorized side work from a Serve Xpert customer or project contact

  • Use customer information, pricing, documents, systems, or business relationships to establish or support a competing service

  • Access customer, financial, project, or operational information unrelated to assigned responsibilities

  • Share passwords, system access, photographs, estimates, scopes, reports, customer records, or internal documents

  • Forward company information to a personal email account or unauthorized application

  • Retain customer or company information after access authorization or employment ends

  • Accept an unauthorized payment, referral fee, commission, kickback, or personal benefit connected to a Serve Xpert opportunity

Outside employment, independent work, business ownership, referral arrangements, or relationships with other restoration or property-service companies must not:

  • Interfere with assigned Serve Xpert responsibilities

  • Misuse company time, equipment, systems, documents, or relationships

  • Involve the diversion of Serve Xpert customers, leads, or opportunities

  • Create an undisclosed conflict of interest

  • Compromise customer information or company confidentiality

  • Misrepresent the employee’s relationship with Serve Xpert

Position-specific confidentiality, customer-protection, information-security, ownership-of-work-product, and conflict-of-interest requirements may be included in applicable employment and onboarding documents.

These expectations do not prevent individuals from lawfully using their general knowledge, experience, or skills. They are intended to protect Serve Xpert customers, legitimate business relationships, confidential information, company opportunities, and proprietary work product.

We Are Looking for People Who Take the Work Seriously

Previous restoration experience may be helpful, but experience alone does not replace reliability, professionalism, judgment, confidentiality, or willingness to follow instructions.

Successful team members are generally:

Dependable

They arrive prepared, communicate promptly, and follow through on assigned responsibilities.

Safety-Conscious

They follow PPE requirements, equipment procedures, work-area controls, and supervisor direction.

Coachable

They listen carefully, ask appropriate questions, accept correction professionally, and apply what they learn.

Respectful

They treat customers, coworkers, occupied spaces, and personal property professionally.

Observant

They notice material changes, moisture concerns, equipment problems, safety hazards, and conditions that should be reported.

Organized

They maintain equipment, supplies, photographs, readings, records, and work areas carefully.

Honest

They report mistakes, damage, project changes, customer communications, and safety concerns instead of hiding or minimizing them.

Trustworthy

They protect customer information, company records, leads, pricing, passwords, project documentation, and other nonpublic information.

Prepared for Physical Work

They understand that restoration may involve lifting, movement, cleaning, equipment setup, demolition support, and material handling.

Restoration Experience Is Not the Only Relevant Background

Not every Serve Xpert position requires previous restoration experience.

Relevant experience may come from:

  • Equipment operation

  • Janitorial services

  • Customer service

  • Scheduling or dispatch

  • Administrative coordination

  • Property management

  • Sales

  • Business development

  • Insurance or real-estate services
