Serve Xpert Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions outline the policies, responsibilities, and service expectations for all customers of Serve Xpert LLC. By accessing our website or scheduling services, you agree to the following terms. All contracted work is governed by our official Restoration | Remediation Services Agreement & Contract, which must be signed prior to service.

  • Serve Xpert provides mitigation and remediation services designed to stabilize damaged environments and reduce risk. Our services include:

    • Water damage mitigation

    • Fire and smoke cleanup

    • Mold remediation

    • Biohazard and trauma cleanup

    • Storm damage mitigation

    • Specialty cleaning

    We do not provide reconstruction, put-back, repair, or testing services unless explicitly stated in writing.

  • Service appointments may require a deposit to secure labor, equipment, and scheduling. Appointment times are confirmed only after required deposits are received.

    Customers must ensure:

    • Clear access to all work areas

    • That utilities (electricity, water, HVAC) are functioning

    Unreachable or unsafe sites may delay service.

  • The customer is fully responsible for payment for services rendered.

    If insurance is being used:

    • Serve Xpert provides documentation (photos, readings, logs, reports)

    • Insurance decisions are made solely by the carrier

    • Payment to Serve Xpert is required regardless of claim approval or denial

    Payment is due upon completion of the authorized mitigation or remediation scope.

  • Customers must disclose known hazards prior to service.
    Serve Xpert technicians follow strict safety measures, including:

    • PPE usage

    • Containment barriers

    • Negative air and environmental controls

    Customers, occupants, and pets must stay out of active work zones at all times.

  • Serve Xpert does not perform:

    • Construction or carpentry

    • Drywall, flooring, or paint repairs

    • Insurance-required rebuilds

    • Mold testing or laboratory analysis

    • Air quality testing

    • Asbestos or lead testing

    Our role ends when the environment is stabilized and remediated.

  • Serve Xpert documents all projects for:

    • Insurance support

    • Internal quality assurance

    • Training and compliance

    • Verification of completed work

    Photos or videos will never be publicly shared without written consent.

  • Serve Xpert offers a limited workmanship warranty for areas where mitigation or remediation was performed.

    Warranty eligibility requires:

    • The customer correcting the source of damage (plumbing leak, roof leak, etc.)

    • The property maintaining stable environmental conditions after service

    Full warranty details appear in the signed service contract.

  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing.
    Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur fees depending on:

    • Labor reserved

    • Equipment allocation

    • Travel and scheduling impact

    Serve Xpert reserves the right to reschedule appointments in unsafe weather or hazardous site conditions.

  • All content on this website—including text, images, graphics, logos, and service descriptions—is the property of Serve Xpert LLC.

    Unauthorized copying, distribution, or use of this content is prohibited.

  • Serve Xpert is not liable for:

    • Pre-existing damage

    • Structural defects outside the mitigation scope

    • Delays caused by hazardous materials (asbestos, lead, etc.)

    • Damage occurring because the customer failed to correct moisture sources

    • Conditions that fall outside our contracted service scope

    The full limitation-of-liability clause is included in the official service contract

  • Serve Xpert may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. By continuing to use this website or request service, you agree to any revised terms.
